OTHER METHODS
This is an extremely easy thing to do but haven't really seen any guides/posts about it here. This will completely remove whatever Electra installed during the JB process. (These steps are for Mac OS Terminal, but should be very similar for windows based ssh protocols)
- SSH into your device using terminal : ssh root@xxx.xxx.x.xx (replace the x's with your phone's IP address) If it asks something about trusting the connection (yes/no) type yes and hit enter, then it will ask for the password which by default is alpine
- Enter the command bash /bootstrap/unjailbreak.sh and hit enter, then hit enter again when it asks if you want to continue.
- Wait patiently for the process to complete, your iPhone will restart and once the process is done you will get confirmation dialog in the terminal window and it will automatically log you out of the SSH session.
- You can close terminal now and Electra is successfully uninstalled completely (the "Electra" app will still be there so you can re-jailbreak or uninstall it)
Edit: As some mentioned below, you can use the app iTerminal (free from the App Store) to SSH right from your iDevice and run the same command without the need of a computer.
Edit 2: I just tried the iTerminal method and it works perfectly as well, you just have to make sure to change the port to 2222 and the username and password are root & alpine respectively.
Edit 3: Some people have commented that using the command bash /bootstrap/uninstall.sh instead will remove the JB along with any tweaks/themes and also the Electra app. Have not tried this so I can’t confirm but give it a try and let me know!

I got Error: Topanga before & I do this
use FilzaEscaped, I remove this files:
1 - Files from LiberiOS/Topanga/Electra Beta
/Applications/uicache (I think this from LiberiOS) /usr/lib/libcurses.dylib /usr/lib/libncurses.5.dylib /usr/lib/libncurses.dylib /Library/MobileSubsrate/ folder /etc/dropbear/ folder
*some of that are symlink files
2 - Modified Hosts File also I restored my hosts file to original (I use reddestdream's hosts before to block ads)
3 - If you install Ext3nder remove:
/Applications/Extender.app /Library/Switches/ folder
4 - If you install ++ Tweaks remove:
/usr/lib/ua_tweak_resources/ folder /usr/lib/libuasharedanaltyics.dylib /usr/lib/libuasharedanaltyicsflurry.dylib /usr/lib/libuasharedtools.dylib /usr/lib/libuasharedtoolsapplovin.dylib /usr/lib/libuasharedtoolsappnext.dylib /usr/lib/libuasharedtoolscloudmobi.dylib /usr/lib/libuasharedtoolsgoogle.dylib /usr/lib/libuasharedtoolsinmobi.dylib /usr/lib/libuasharedtoolsmobvista.dylibFriends.
